Join us for an Insight retreat with classical instructions in sitting and walking meditation. After an initial session of community connection, our practice time will be held in noble silence to support deepening meditation. The retreat includes sitting, walking, Dharma talks, work meditation, and practice discussion with Kim.

This retreat is suitable for those new to retreat practice, as well as experienced practitioners.

It is offered on a dana basis with no registration fee, within the culture of generosity that Uncontrived sustains. There will be opportunities to donate to the teacher (who is not otherwise compensated) and the organization (to support future retreats).
